The city of Dryden will hold a public meeting on June 19 to discuss a proposed bylaw prohibiting the people from smoking in the workplace.
The bylaw states that no person shall smoke in a workplace, and people or employers who do will face a fine of $5,000. Dryden council is expected to vote on the bylaw at their next meeting slated for June 24.
