Moose Creek Reforestation of Oxdrift wants to hire 44 people for the summer, and train them in forest tending.
The 11-week training program is open to students, First Nations and the unemployed in the Dryden and Kenora areas.
The company received a $398,000-grant from the Living Legacy Trust’s forest employment program to provide training this summer and in 2003.
