The Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce will accept nominations for its 18th annual Business Excellence Awards until Jan. 9.
The awards recognize businesses and entrepreneurs whose achievements and contributions to the community distinguish them from their peers.
Categories include Business Startup, Company of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Hospitality, Innovation, New Venture, Service Excellence, Small Enterprise, and Chair’s Award.
Eligible candidates must have been in operation for a minimum of five years, with the exception of New Venture candidates (two years) and Business Startup (one to three years). Nominations will be accepted from current and non-members of the chamber, and self-nominations are encouraged.
The awards gala will take place on May 14 at the Caruso Club in Sudbury.
