ShowPro is a sister company of Signature Group, a company that has been servicing its client base with trade show services since 1989, says Dan Griffith, ShowPro Manager.
“What we found in Northern Ontario was that there is no vendor that provided everything under one roof, in response we developed ShowPro”.
“In the past, organizers had to multi-source. So if you were planning a conference, special event or trade show you had to contact one vendor for the management of your event, another for your marketing needs, another for your pipe and drape, audio visual, supplies, tables, chairs and so on.”
ShowPro is set up in a multi-layered system, with products and services tailored to suit the needs of both large and small-scale events. It provides flexibility for companies to choose one, several or all elements from ShowPro.
“ShowPro offers client consultations to assess their needs and determine a plan of action,” Griffith says. “We sit down and look at what your goals are, determine ways to reach your objectives and employ a workable strategy.”
“Some people may have an idea that’s beyond their budget, but we can help them maximize that budget to the fullest. There are also ways of producing revenue from the event and turning it back into building a larger event.”
Once contracted, ShowPro provides each exhibitor with a show services package outlining all of the products and services available. Using a convenient checklist, the exhibitor can then check off what they need. This ensures that everything is set up for the exhibitor at the event.
ShowPro can also produce all the graphics and signage for your event, as well as display graphics for the individual exhibitor.
Even though ShowPro may not be involved in organizing a particular event, any company can retain their services to install a booth, have it set up and ready to go, and then dismantle the booth once the show is over. This allows your staff to work the trade show without having to worry about the logistics of setting up and tearing down.
