Holloway Lodging Corp. announced the sale of its Travelodge hotel and Airlane Hotel & Conference Centre in Thunder Bay.
The Aug. 22 release does not identify the new owners.
The sale price for the two hotels was $15 million and a price per room of approximately $60,500.
Halifax-based Holloway is a publicly traded real estate corporation with ownership in 21 hotels and 2,475 rooms.
