Solid Gold Resources Corp. has suspended its shares from trading on the TSX Venture Exchange for failure to have at least three directors pursuant to exchange requirements.

Ronald Goldsack and Gary Schellenberg resigned from the board of directors of Solid Gold.

The Vancouver-based junior miner, and its former CEO Darryl Stretch, who was replaced late last year, have been involved in legal battles with the province and the Wahgoshig First Nation over exploration drilling on its Lake Abitibi gold property for the past few years.
